TotalAgility is the modern successor to Capture. It combines intelligent document processing (IDP), business process management (BPM), robotic process automation (RPA), and generative AI in a single low-code platform. Where Capture focuses on document ingestion, classification, and extraction, TotalAgility adds end-to-end workflow orchestration, case management, decision automation, and AI agent capabilities. DAS implements both and can help you evaluate whether your current Capture environment should be extended or migrated.

AI Extraction uses machine learning and large language models to identify, extract, and validate data from unstructured documents, including handwritten forms, variable-layout invoices, and multi-page contracts, without rigid template rules. DAS configures and augments AI Extraction models, training them on your specific document types to raise straight-through processing rates. For complex documents, we combine AI Extraction with human-in-the-loop validation so data is verified before it reaches downstream systems.
